Rainier Arts Center provides many high-quality services to enhance your event’s quality. Wondering what services are right for your event? Check out our guide below. Each service will require additional fees reflected in your quote upon submission of the inquiry form.

1. Lighting

• Standard Stage Wash (Included with all auditorium rentals): A basic wash of light that covers the entire stage, ideal for general visibility.
• Custom Lighting Looks (Requires Light Board Operator): If your event requires specific lighting scenes (e.g., solo spotlight, fade-outs, color changes), select this option. A light board operator will program and manage these looks during your event.

2. Sound

Sound Board Operator required for this service regardless of level of service needed

• Basic Sound: Includes general PA system use, with a basic microphone setup suitable for speeches or announcements.
• Advanced Sound Setup (Requires Sound Engineer): If your event involves live music, multiple microphones, or specific sound cues, select this option. A sound engineer will mix and manage the audio during your event.

3. Livestreaming

Livestream Engineer required for this service regardless of level of service needed

• Multi-Camera Livestream: If your event requires multiple camera angles, an additional technician will manage the cameras and switch between views during the stream.
• Recording Services: If you need a recording of the event in addition to or instead of livestreaming, select the livestream option.

4. Projections

Projections Operator required for this service regardless of level of service needed

• Basic Projector Setup: Includes the use of the venue’s projector and screen for simple presentations or slideshows.
• Advanced Projection: For events requiring multiple videos, special effects, or complex cueing, a Projections Operator will manage the content during your event.

5. Additional Notes

• Rehearsals: If your event includes rehearsals requiring tech setup, please indicate this, as additional time and tech support may be needed.
• Technical Rider: For complex events, please provide a technical rider with detailed requirements.
• Stage Crew: Depending on the event’s complexity, Rainier Arts Center may require additional stage crew staffing.
