Rainier Arts Center is proud to be Southeast Seattle’s home for arts and cultural events. We are seeking AV technicians to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate audio-visual equipment, including lighting, sound, and projection systems
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including technical specifications and requirements
- Provide technical support during events, troubleshooting any issues that may arise
- Maintain and repair AV equipment as needed
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of events and performances
Qualifications:
- Experience working with audio-visual equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all artists and performers.
