Rainier Arts Center is proud to be Southeast Seattle’s home for arts and cultural events. We are seeking AV technicians to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate audio-visual equipment, including lighting, sound, and projection systems
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including technical specifications and requirements
  • Provide technical support during events, troubleshooting any issues that may arise
  • Maintain and repair AV equipment as needed
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of events and performances

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with audio-visual equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all artists and performers.
