Seeking creative vendors for the 98118 Fest

SEEDArts is accepting applications from artists and vendors to participate in the 98118 Fest, a free, outdoor community event on Saturday, August 23, 2025, noon to 6pm in Columbia Park.

• The Vendor Fee is $50. If your application is accepted, you will receive an invoice. All fees must be paid by August 15 to confirm participation.
• Vendors who sell original artwork, artisan crafts, and imports are welcome to apply. Preference is given to businesses/individuals who operate within Southeast Seattle.
• Vendors may supply their own canopy and table. If you do have them, we have a limited number of 6-ft folding tables to lend, but you must request one in advance. Canopies are recommended but not required. Vendors are responsible for table coverings and displays.
• Vendors are responsible for making their own sales. You must charge sales tax on all sales and submit collected taxes to the City of Seattle.
• The City of Seattle Parks Department collects 10% of all sales in parks. Our Vendor Coordinator, Christopher German, will collect 10% of your sales at the end of the festival and submit them to the City as required by our ark permit.
• Set-up begins at 10:30 am. Vendors can access our parking lot to load in. Cars are not allowed in the park, so be prepared to carry or wheel your items from to your space. The parking lot must be cleared of all vehicles by 11:15 am (to allow the food trucks to set up).
• The festival will end at 6:00 pm – early load out will not be permitted. The park must be clear by 7:00 pm. You must clean up all debris from your space.

To be considered, send an email to cgerman@seedseattle.org including your contact info, a description of the work you will be selling, and 3-5 representative images. Since we have limited space for vendors, we will review all applications to ensure a mix of high-quality works. Applications will be reviewed in the order they are received until we are at capacity.
